LCI Information

 



The LOADRITE™ Communication Interface (LCI) is a monitoring application with control functionality for Loadrite conveyor belt weighing systems. It is a collection point for weighing data from multiple conveyor belt scales throughout a plant. Weighing and operating data including flow rate, total weight and conveyor belt running status are displayed. The operator can view the current production or review the production of up to 24 hours. In addition, the operator can also clear and zero all connected LOADRITE™ belt scales remotely and enter downtime reasons.

The LCI works seamlessly together with the LOADRITE™ INSIGHT reporting software to form a tailor-made solution.

Display Options

Monitoring of up to 16 conveyor belt scales :Up to 16 scales can be connected to one display.
Graphical display of weighing data :Graphical weight display of loaded and empty run time for up to 24 hours.
Numerical display of weighing data :Rate in tph, total, conveyor utilization in % of maximum, belt run time, belt loaded time, belt stop time, black belt (unloaded) time.
Customizable belt and product names :User defined options to assigned suitable conveyor or product names.  

Control Options

Remote clear and zero of LOADRITE belt scales: All LOADRITE belt scales can be zeroed and cleared from the LCI
User selectable hardware : The LCI can be used on any device with a web browser. The user is not limited to the hardware specified by Loadrite. 

Data Communication Options

In-built communications controller : Optimized to send weighing data to LOADRITE™ INSIGHT.
Cellular Router and Internet: Weighing data can be sent to INSIGHT either with a cellular router or an Internet connection.
Radio Modems: Weighing data can be sent from C1850 to the C3860 by using radio modems.
Ethernet and Wi-Fi: Weighing data can be sent from C1850 to the C3860 by using wired and wireless Ethernet.  

Reporting

Recording of downtime events: Belt stop time, black belt time or belt loading below user defined limits.
Recording of downtime duration: The downtime duration is automatically recorded.
Recording of downtime causes: User defined causes like i.e. electrical fault, haul truck capacity or chocked crusher.
Recording of equipment failure: User defined causes like i.e. primary crusher, haul truck or mobile equipment.
Recording of comments: Free data entry of additional comments.
